Red Sister AB is owned and operated by sister duo Emma K Dixgård and Lovisa Inserra and is focused primarily on development
and production of film & TV.
The company is based in Stockholm and was founded in 2003 by Emma who between 2005 and 2010 owned a third of the
talent agency, Actors Agency of Sweden. Red Sister encompassed both music rights and casting before 2010 focusing
on production. In 2014 Lovisa joined Emma as a partner in the company but the two of them have made films together
since their first feature film endeavor BUSTER (released 2008).
Currently they are writing a 10 episode TV-series, HÖGVILT, about cyber crime with support from the Swedish
Film Institute, MARS MELLOW a sitcom about a failed Mars mission for SVT (Swedish National Broadcaster) and BETTY BANGKOK,
a feature they are co-producing with
MHJ Productions and MOVIOLA about a Vietnam War veteran and his friendship with a Cambodian street kid.
Red Sister’s vision is to produce intriguing stories for film & television with an international appeal.
